Ha ha ha I think I am going to know the answer to this, for most of you, but so we can get aquainted more with eachother I would like to know, how you found the site? and what former games you have played? by the way I dont mean PC games or anyother console games I mean online based gaming.
I obviously to some created the site over a year ago for a game called Roman Imperium which unfortunately folded. I have played many online games.
So now its over to you...

I found the site by blind luck on PBEM Onlline. I have played a few online games over many years. Favorite: Bob Hellemon's Alt-1914 (WWI era economic/military wargame, several iterations over 10 years) and the last Alt-1900. Also: Age of Intrigue (17th c. alt history persona RPG); Pelegoria (tribal economic wargame); Western ACW (divisional level wargame); Ben Reilly's Great War (WWI era wargame of several iterations); Lords of the Earth (middle ages postal wargame campaign) and a few other trade/economic/exploration games.

Ah I see you found us through the Lindahl PBEM list yes?

Lindahl's list yep. Since Irony Games list is no longer as it was. Hellemon's game is on a year long hiatus (Lindahl's List). Reilly's games ended a decade ago. LOTE, all 60 campaigns or so, have also expired. Pelegoria is thinking of restarting. (Lindal's List) Divisional/Western American Civil War is in revision stage. (Lindal's List) Age of Intrigue ongoing. (Age of Intrigue on web or on Lindal's List)
I live in an RPG/Historical Miniatures gaming area (Seattle). Pathfinder, Wizards of the Coast, Wizkids, War Machine and others based here. Conventions here: PAX Prime (50k attendance video gaming show sells out memberships in one week); Dragonflight, NHMGS Enfilade, and sundry other venues annually. The owner of GenCon lives here as well. Such a deal.
Thomas Harlan, creator of Lords of the Earth lived in Oregon (may still) and wrote a few novels. At least one was in the classical world but as historical fantasy genre.

Ooops. As my game turn arrived today (small oversight) I also play in European Dynastic Empires (15th c. wargame) on Yahoo Groups, run by Jim Waters (Lindahl's list). jimwaters1959@yahoo.co.uk
